About this role
Demand Generation Rep, DGR Colombia Bogota, D.C., COL Join our team in Bogotá and help drive cloud adoption across Latin America by connecting prospective customers with transformational AWS solutions. As a Demand Generation Representative, you'll identify new sales opportunities, understand customer business challenges, and demonstrate how AWS services solve real problems-all while working with a supportive team dedicated to customer success. Key job responsibilities - Identify and qualify sales opportunities by conducting outbound prospecting, engaging decision makers, and assessing customer business needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning. - Develop and communicate value propositions that connect AWS services to specific customer challenges and business objectives. - Manage opportunity lifecycle by capturing, tracking, and advancing qualified leads in our customer relationship management system, ensuring timely and organized handoffs to sales teams. - Maintain activity metrics by consistently meeting outbound contact goals, decision maker engagement targets, and lead qualification benchmarks. - Collaborate across teams by sharing customer insights with sales and marketing colleagues, contributing to shared knowledge resources, and supporting the broader adoption strategy for AWS services. A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers through targeted outreach campaigns designed to uncover new sales opportunities. You'll spend your time making outbound calls to decision makers, listening carefully to understand their business challenges, and determining how AWS services can address their specific needs.
