Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join the Global Program Systems team, driving the configuration, deployment, and optimization of a cloud-based construction management platform used by global data center construction teams. You will serve as one of the subject matter experts (SME) and key contributor on system capabilities, owning the full implementation lifecycle - from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch optimization. This role demands hands-on system configuration, cross-functional coordination, and direct user enablement to deliver measurable value to internal AWS teams and external vendor partners worldwide. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, and thrives working independently to prioritize, scope, and execute deliverables on a global scale.
