Amazon's Operations Internal Communications team is looking for a Creative Producer - Video to join our European content team. We tell the stories of 450,000 frontline employees across Europe - the people working every day to serve customers better than ever. In this role, you'll own video projects end to end - from the first pitch through to publication. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of our editorial direction for video, proactively identifying the stories that bring our strategy to life in ways that are meaningful and relevant to Ops audiences. That means getting out into Amazon's operational sites and corporate offices to film real stories, leading pre-production and scripting, filming on-site shoots, using motion design tools and delivering polished, platform-ready edits in Adobe Premiere. You may work to crew larger projects where required. You'll bring your knowledge and experience of AI creative tools to the role and demonstrate how they may be applied to our video production process.
