Cost Management Specialist, Cost Management, Sort Center Tokyo, JPN Amazonで持続的にCustomerにサービスを提供し続けるために、Amazon物流拠点のコスト管理ならびにコスト最適化を行ってみませんか？ Amazonは、Earth's most customer-centric company（地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業）を目指しており、お客様が欲しい商品を高品質、低コストでお届けできる輸送ネットワークを構築することでそのVision達成に向かってきました。この輸送ネットワークは、全国にある大規模倉庫と各ご家庭までの配送拠点（Last Mile）とを結んでおり、それらの中継拠点としてSort Centerがあります。Sort Centerでは、お客様への配送スピードを担保しながらより効率的に輸送できるよう、荷物の仕分けを行っています。 Cost Management Specialistは、Sort CenterのCost管理を行っていただきます。具体的には、年間の予算計画の策定ならびに予算取得を行い、その予算内収まるようにコスト管理を行っていただきます。例えば、倉庫内オペレーションは外部の業者に依頼していますが、作業者様の賃金交渉や物量が予定通り来なかった場合の補償交渉を行っていただきます。また、予実管理をFinance teamへ説明する責務も持ちます。常にFixed cost, variable costの計画と実績を見比べ、削減のOpportunityを模索していただきます。コストを最適化することで、持続的にCustomerに妥当な価格でAmazonのServiveを提供し続けることが我々のMissionです。（※勤務地は品川シーサイドオフィスになります。） Key job responsibilities ・年間予算計画の策定 ・コストの予実管理ならびにFinance teamへの説明 ・外部業者とのコスト交渉（単価交渉・時給交渉など） ・その他New initiativeのPM業務 A day in the life 9:30-10:30 Sort CenterのDaily Business Review参加 10:30-12:00 委託業者との賃金交渉のためのデータ整理 12:00-13:00 Lunch 13:00-14:00 委託業者との賃金交渉 14:00-15:00 Finance teamへの交渉結果の共有 15:00-16:00 社内承認プロセスの実施 16:00-17:00 追加必要予算の見積もりならびに取得 17:00-18:30 ドキュメント作成 Basic Qualifications: - 以下の特徴を持つ業務を3年以上担った経験。 - ・ロジカルシンキングならびにクリティカルシンキングを要する - ・利益相反を含む社外Stakeholderとの交渉を含む Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 6+ months of general experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
