This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of digital advertising, negotiating complex agreements with social media platforms while navigating privacy policies and emerging AI regulations. You'll serve as primary legal counsel to the business, including tech and business development teams, to support innovative advertising and marketing products and creator programs. Key job responsibilities - Providing day-to-day legal support to business teams and developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways. - Helping your business teams launch new features and product categories. - Serving as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. - Resolving issues arising in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. A day in the life You'll start your day reviewing a business proposal for a new advertising measurement model, then join a call with business development to discuss the latest creator program proposal.
