If you thrive on navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional legal challenges at a global scale, Amazon wants to hear from you. Amazon is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join our Global Subsidiaries Legal team and lead our work across the Americas region. In this role, you'll bring expertise in corporate law, compliance issues, risk identification, and entity governance to drive the formation and maintenance of Amazon's subsidiaries supporting business growth across the Americas. You'll take a strategic view of how to best address business needs, assess risks, and spot legal issues through new entity formations and complex corporate restructurings. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across the company, work effectively with outside counsel in foreign jurisdictions, and leverage and build AI tools to drive innovation across the team.
