Content Growth Platform Lead, Creator Partnerships Culver City, California, USA Amazon's Creator Services team leads creator programs that span media, commerce, and culture. We connect creators and Amazon's diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. Join us in making Amazon the home for creators. We're seeking an experienced business development executive to build and manage platform relationships and expertise in support of our creators' content. This role will own the strategy and execution of content distribution across priority services - YouTube/Apple/Spotify/Amazon - to maximize audience reach, engagement, and monetization for our creator partners. Today, those creator shows include New Heights (Jason and Travis Kelce), The Oprah Podcast (Oprah Winfrey), Mind The Game (LeBron James and Steve Nash), Baby, This Is Keke Palmer (Keke Palmer), Armchair Expert (Dax Shepard), and more. The role will focus on increasing the reach and monetization of our content by identifying, establishing, and growing 3P distribution opportunities across the ad-supported business. You'll be responsible for owning how we distribute and optimize creator content on your designated platforms, building in-house platform expertise and external relationships, and developing scalable workflows that drive growth.
