Connectivity Cloud Hardware Engineer, AWS Data Center Cupertino, California, USA AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Key job responsibilities Develop, design, and deliver networking architecture and system hardware initiatives Establish standards and define guidelines for physical deployments at hyperscale data centers Build mechanisms to identify and remediate failures to improve health of networking links Troubleshoot and resolve large scale issues impacting data center performance Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor and alarm on network / system / link quality Build automation to improve testing and validation of networking hardware About the team Within AWS Networking, the Network Product Development (NPD) organization is responsible
