About this role

Channel Manager DE/AT, Amazon Incentives London, England, GBR This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months. At Amazon Incentives we strive to support corporate customers across all sizes and industries in rewarding their employees and customers. By offering Amazon Gift Cards and other Amazon branded values, we provide businesses with convenient and effective incentive solutions that are desired by recipients, helping them in achieving their goals around customer acquisition, retention, employee satisfaction, and more. Our team is seeking a customer obsessed and highly organized Channel Manager to grow our B2B business in Germany and Austria by developing relationships with our third-party distributors network. The candidate will be responsible for a significant share of total business in these locales, owning all aspects of the relationship with distributors, from negotiating contract terms to implementing co-marketing campaigns. This leader will unlock incremental opportunities, as well ensure long-term profitability for the channel. Internally, the candidate will represent customer needs to inform product development and process optimization to maximize account lifetime value, leading high impact business projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in account management and business development, negotiating and closing multi-million Euro deals with large corporate accounts. The role will also require strategic planning and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functional areas, such as Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, as well as other business units across Amazon. Key job responsibilities • Creating and executing on a strategic plan to drive growth and profit optimization within third-party distribution channel.
