We are seeking applicants with Construction, Engineering, or Materials experience for a Senior Category Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million-dollar Ops construction projects. The role will work alongside a team of Construction category managers and will partner closely with Pre-Construction, Design and Construction, World Wide Real-Estate, and World Wide Design to develop and execute category sourcing strategies, deliver savings/value and improve productivity across the category. This role will be part of an exciting, fast moving and growing team. The right candidate for this role will be a self-starter with dedication to seeing projects through to the end. You must be able to work independently in a collaborative, creative, ever-changing and ambiguous environment. You will have an eye for detail and determination to standardize processes and turn-over high-quality work. This position involves direct contact with both internal and external stakeholders, and the candidate must have an ability to communicate effectively with business partners at every level, including upper management to inform decision making.
