In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with category teams, internal service providers and program teams to identify the gaps in process and work with partner teams to alleviate their acute/short-term issues. Key job responsibilities Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and commitment to delivery Tasks including interacting and coordinating with customers, gathering and presenting customer feedback and solving challenging operational goals. Also include maintaining records of work, tracking business workflow, escalating deviations. · Report audit results and communicate them to others within the organization. · Analysis of data and identify new trends/patterns. · Identify generic patterns in customer escalations and to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve overall process. · Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.
