Business Intelligence Engineer , Worldwide Engineering and Innovation North American Sortation and Ultrafast Engineering Nashville, Tennessee, USA The Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) will be part of a high-visibility, growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial NASC Engineering team focused on innovation and automation initiatives that supports the North American Sort Centers. We are seeking an exceptionally talented and deeply focused BI Engineer with focused analytical skills who will build tools and reporting for senior leadership. The BIE will contribute to business outcomes by analytics using AWS QuickSight. The candidate will build their know-how rapidly and thrive in Amazon's high paced, Day 1 culture. The ideal candidate is a seasoned data professional with a strong bias for action, possessing expertise in data modeling, ETL, SQL, and Gen AI. Additionally, they should have an interest in presenting data in a visually appealing and easily digestible manner. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying complex business problems, recognizing opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance MHE designs, report current MHE performance and processes. The BIE will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, adopt a results-oriented approach and detail-oriented methodology. Key job responsibilities Build and manage AWS QuickSight Dashboards Optimize and organize data pipelines into the visualization environment Collaborate with business users on requirements, objectives and measures Access large scale data and use analytical tools Provide input and recommendations on technical issues to data engineering, data science, and software engineering teams Contribute to data design, data modeling and data extracts/transforms Work on ambiguous
