We are currently seeking a Business Affairs Executive that will provide support across all of the scripted and unscripted deals in the Nordics and the wider EUX region. Key job responsibilities - Support complex deal structures for talent agreements, development deals, (co-)production deals and rights acquisitions - Collaborate with Legal, Production, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure deal terms align with creative vision and business objectives - Provide timely and practical advice to senior-level executives under time-sensitive conditions. - Engage with external partners using clear judgment and risk analysis to support successful deal outcomes - Support the implementation deal plans that support Amazon Studios' content strategy - Monitor industry trends and maintain relationships with agencies, law firms, and other industry stakeholders A day in the life You will assist with the commercial discussions relating to deal terms with and for production companies, producers, IP incl. original scripts, book rights, format rights, ATL incl. writers, directors, on-screen talent, and other related deals.
