B737/A330 Fleet Technical Manager– Amazon Air (AIR), Fleet Performance and Reliability Bellevue, Washington, USA The Senior Fleet Manager (FM) is a key member of the Fleet Aviation Sourcing & Technical (FAST) organization, responsible for ensuring the technical performance, reliability, and long-term health of assigned aircraft fleets. This role serves as the primary technical owner and advisor for fleet-related decisions, working closely with internal stakeholders and carrier partners across maintenance, engineering, and operations. The Sr. FM leads fleet lifecycle management by leveraging deep technical expertise, industry experience, and data-driven insights to optimize maintenance strategies, resolve chronic technical issues, and drive continuous improvement. As a senior technical program manager, the FM influences cross-functional teams, manages complex technical initiatives, and ensures that fleet decisions align with operational, safety, and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment.
