In this role, you will own the end-to-end training and development experience for site leaders across AMXL - the people whose success directly drives our operational excellence. You will design, build, and deliver an 8-week blended academy program that combines virtual instruction with immersive, hands-on on-site training. From managing weekly schedules and facilitating classroom sessions to continuously refining content so it reflects the latest operational best practices, you will be the driving force behind leader readiness at scale.
