Amazon Air's (AIR) Network Control Center (NCC) is seeking an Air Operations Controller. This role protects our customers' interest by facilitating the safe, compliant, and on-time operations of Amazon's dedicated fleet of aircraft. Air Operations Controllers are relentless problem solvers who proactively seek out and eliminate potential opportunities for network disruption, manage network capacity, and manage inventory levels for Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and bags across our expansive global operations. Air Operations Controllers support leadership by recommending process improvements that enhance safety, reduce cost, and improve overall effectiveness. The NCC is a 24/7 operation. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Eligibility requirements - Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA).
