As the AI Principal PMT for Alexa Responsible AI, you won't just manage a product roadmap - You will define the standard for how one of the world's most widely used AI systems earns and keeps customer trust across every language, culture, device, and interaction. This is a role for a product leader who thinks systematically, moves fast, and has the conviction to make hard calls when the stakes are real. The Mission Responsible AI isn't a compliance checkbox. It's a product discipline and you will own it. You'll define the customer experience for safety guardrails, trust signals, and evaluation frameworks that determine whether Alexa is earning or eroding customer confidence. You'll make the go/no-go calls on features that affect millions of daily interactions - with the data, the customer story, and the scientific grounding to back every decision. What You'll Own Product Vision & Strategy In today's AI landscape, strategy is written in weeks, not years. You'll set a bold, adaptive product vision for Responsible AI - defining near-term priorities with urgency while keeping a clear eye on where the technology and the customer need are heading. You'll author crisp vision documents that align science, engineering, policy, and legal teams around a shared north star for customer trust. You'll establish the KPIs that measure trust
