About this role
ACT Ops Specialist, GM Field Chengdu, CHN Key job responsibilities: • Handling assigned daily tasks, manage and handle exceptions in daily work. Uses knowledge and skill to meet assigned goals in timely manner. • Handling problems with minimal visible risks or roadblocks, troubleshooting problem with no existing procedure or SOP; evaluating compliance risks and escalates roadblocks. • Collaborating with service providers and origin or destination logistics teams to solve issues • Act as the team process expert co-work with other stakeholders on process improvement/Product launch/UAT Test • Managing business reporting as required, perform root cause analysis and own specific action to fix problems. • Taking additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand. • Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.
