What you will be doing: Independently lead Cap/Ex projects with associated scope and budgets of $1-$5 million annually Make formal presentations and interact with multi-functional teams on projects Maintain technical standards, principles and business processes and be willing to grow knowledge of the same Develop work priorities and plans based on business objectives Serve as an onsite technical resource in your area of specialization Prioritize resources when participating in multi-functional projects or leading department projects within budget guidelines Transform own technical and business knowledge into solutions others can use Engage regularly with business customers to understand their needs and expectations Take action to pursue opportunities to innovate, enhance or simplify while balancing risk What we want you to have: Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering field Minimum 3+ years proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
