Clinical Quality Performance Data Operations Analyst, Remote Arlington, VA The Analyst, Performance Data Operations serves as the core data analyst behind Aledade's Quality performance improvement initiatives, managing data workflows and analysis in support of the Quality team. Operating independently within established processes, this role informs the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that advance quality outcomes for all Aledade patients by bridging raw data, operational workflows, and organizational strategy. The position requires a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused analytical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and operational execution. Core functions include collaborating on cross-functional projects to embed quality measures into standard operations, leading user experience working groups to enhance analytics, and managing cross-function coordination across field, quality, and data teams. Responsibilities extend to building high-impact quality analytics, writing complex queries, and supporting the design of patient outcome metrics. Furthermore, this role is responsible for facilitating cross-functional working sessions and presenting clear, compelling narratives to both executives and field teams to drive performance management.
