Job Purpose Drive performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven optimization of transportation operations across North America. Will support the Transport Control Tower by transforming operational and financial data into actionable insights, improvement opportunities, and optimization of service, cost, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain transport performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to include one-time/in-full, cost per shipment, carrier performance, and tender acceptance. Identify and drive improvement initiatives across transport operations, cost control, and planning processes. Monitor performance trends and identify deviations from targets.
