More info at Akidolabs.com . The Opportunity The Director, RCM Operations & Performance is the strategic orchestrator of our global revenue engine, reporting directly to the Head of RCM, HIM, & CX. You will hold the high-impact responsibility of synchronizing our high-volume internal offshore team with our specialized onshore RCM unit to ensure clinical activity translates into realized revenue. This is a pivotal role where you will design scalable RCM frameworks, partner with engineering to automate core workflows, and lead the billing implementation for rapid new market expansions.
