This role sits at the centre of HR, Legal, Payroll, and Compliance, ensuring our Ukraine workforce remains fully compliant, operationally efficient, and well supported in a fast-changing regulatory environment. You will play a critical role in managing Diia City compliance, employment lifecycle operations, contractor management, and wartime employment obligations, while helping build scalable HR processes that support the continued growth of the business.
