About this role

Engineering Manager, Relationship Intelligence Canada (Remote) With our growing customer base and our expansion into new markets and use cases, we have more to build than ever at Affinity as we execute on our vision to put relationship intelligence at every professional's fingertips. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will be leading a team that drives the platform's Relationship Intelligence engine, which is the core engine that enables Affinity's users to unlock the power of their network. This is a high-scale and complex domain that handles ingestion and processing of billions of interactions, and distills them to actionable insights and visualizations that drive dealmaking for users. You will help define the technical roadmap and implementation for the future of our product and guide the team to build scalable features and functionality end-to-end. This is a hands-on role; in addition to leading the team, you'll also be an active contributor. What you'll be doing: Through cross-team collaboration with Product Management and Design, define the roadmap that makes up the Relationship Intelligence engine and features. Lead, coach, mentor and inspire a team that owns applications that are critical to the success of our customers and our business. Own the delivery of a delightful, reliable platform and user experience to our users around the world through rapid cycles of development and iteration. Lead Agile processes like daily standups, sprint plannings, demos and retrospectives. Champion AI tools and best practices, keeping current with the rapidly changing landscape, in order to enable high degrees
