About this role
Senior Business Analyst São Paulo This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. About the Team The Strategy & Planning team is the function responsible for shaping and accelerating LatAm's strategic growth. Our role is to identify what truly moves the region forward, ensure focus on the highest-impact opportunities, and create clarity on where we are going and how we get there. We operate as connectors, challengers, and enablers across Brazil, Mexico, and global teams. We combine strategic depth with execution discipline. We analyze opportunities, validate assumptions, stress-test feasibility, and adjust the route when needed. Our work is built on selectivity, prioritization, and impact - we make conscious choices about which initiatives we lead, which we support, and which we should not pursue. We are not an operational back-office or a task-taker team. We are a strategic growth engine, responsible for pushing LatAm forward, ensuring we focus on what matters, and creating long-term value for the region
