Engineering Manager - Infrastructure Services We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Adyen Cloud Services (ACS) Team within the Platform Engineering organization in Bengaluru. This team owns and operates Adyen's core container orchestration and traffic management infrastructure, the foundation that keeps our global payment platform running. In this role, you will drive technical strategy, build a high-performing team, and shape the evolution of our platform as Adyen continues to scale globally. What you'll do - Lead and grow a high-performing infrastructure team: Manage platform and infrastructure engineers across all levels, owning day-to-day operations, planning, and hiring in Bengaluru and in coordination with other tech hubs. - Bring structure and process to execution: Introduce and refine operational processes that improve incident response, change management, and predictable delivery for mission-critical infrastructure. - Foster a culture of technical excellence: Drive globally optimized technical decisions
