We are looking for experienced DOD Security Operations Engineer to support the Joint Staff, CNMF, and CMTs to support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations. The Work: - Monitor and analyze system logs, network traffic, and user behavior to identify potential security threats. - Utilize tools like intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and security information and event management systems to detect security incidents. - Conduct thorough investigations after an incident to determine the nature, scope, and impact of the incident. - Work with incident response teams to execute necessary actions to contain, mitigate, and remediate confirmed security incidents. - Keep up-to-date on the latest threat intelligence, attack trends, and
