The work The Pega Application Developer / Business Analyst will be responsible for configuring solution applications, designing functional processes, and supporting business users throughout solution implementation. This role leverages strong Pega platform expertise to build process models, business rules, user interfaces, and marketing campaign functional requirements that meet client needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and user groups to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions while supporting user testing, readiness, and application performance improvements. The role requires a balance of hands‑on configuration, analytical thinking, and high‑quality documentation practices. Key responsibilities: - Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces - Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflows - Analyze, design, and support implementation of business‑specific Pega solutions
