You Are: As an Oracle EPM Technical Lead you would own the technical architecture, design, and build of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions-driving complex model design, calculation logic, data integration, security, and performance tuning. You'll lead delivery for end‑to‑end budgeting initiatives spanning federal formulation and execution, translating public‑sector financial requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The Work: - Lead technical architecture and solution design for Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning/EPBCS, PCM), including dimensions, hierarchies, data flows, and security models. - Build and optimize business rules, Groovy/Calc Manager calculations, forms, dashboards, and reporting objects. - Orchestrate data integration (Oracle EPM Data Integration/EPM Automate/REST APIs) with Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS, ensuring robust mappings, validations, and reconciliation. - Own environment management across dev/test/prod, performance tuning, snapshot strategy, and release
