The work The Network security Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing security capabilities, processes, and functions related to Network Security for the Department of Education Program at Accenture Federal Services. Reporting to the Security Engineering Manager, this role requires collaboration with developers, technical architects, operations, and other security team members to achieve program objectives. Key responsibilities: - Evaluate and provide technical security architecture guidance in the assessment, design and implementation of Network Service in a primarily cloud environment - Collaborate with Network, cloud security, and infrastructure teams to embed security and best practices into applications and development process - Maintain and enhance security solutions on Zscaler SASE, Akamai and various Cloud native network security products - Support troubleshooting efforts of network security tools & services
