Job Description: The AI/ML Strategist will implement and manage governance frameworks for AI/ML models, including model ownership, approvals, API access, and Tier-4 governance support. Ensure responsible AI practices throughout the organization. Develop and enforce policies for model development, validation, and deployment, establish review and approval processes for AI/ML models, and implement access controls for model APIs and services. Create and maintain model inventories and documentation, develop standards for model performance monitoring and evaluation, and establish procedures for model updates and versioning. Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements, coordinate with security teams to implement model security controls, and develop frameworks for identifying and mitigating AI bias.
