POSITION SUMMARY The Business Analyst - Order To Cash will have a strong business analysis skill set and be capable of bridging the gap between our technical team and business stakeholders, preference is SAP background. This role will help develop solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement effort to streamline business processes. By understanding the overall business process, person should be able to understand any issues in the existing system while taking up any new enhancements or projects coming in the OTC area. This also includes understanding the clear business requirement and to implement in the system along with the co-ordination with other modules such as MM/PP/WM/FICO and ABAP, as and when required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Collaborates closely with the business to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) modules to design and implement effective solutions Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes.
