Job Summary For our site based in Almaty, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accountant Expert to support our financial operations in Kazakhstan. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate book keeping, timely month‑end closing, compliance with local accounting regulations, and coordination with external auditors and tax authorities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of Kazakhstan statutory requirements, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multinational environment. This is a permanent position based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. What you will do Execute daily accounting operations including invoice processing, bank transactions, and postings in SAP Support month‑end closing by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and necessary supporting schedules. Ensure timely and accurate Accounts Payable activities, including vendor invoice verification, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliations Handling daily banking & treasury operations Support fixed asset accounting including asset additions, disposals, pyhsical counts Review and process employee expense claims (Concur) in line with company policies Cross-functional collaboration with regional finance operations team and other local departments Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and adherence to internal control policies
