Utility Mechanic Philadelphia, PA We are looking for a reliable and experienced Utility Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems and utilities to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. 3+ years of utility, mechanical, or building maintenance experience, including the use of hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
