About this role

Field HVAC Technician Charlotte, NC ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field HVAC Technician to join our team. The Field HVAC Tech. will support daily operations of HVAC systems across multiple retail and restaurant facilities within a two-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on light maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting of rooftop HVAC units (RTUs). Technicians will inspect systems, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate findings to contractors for major repairs. No overnight travel is required. Compensation: $36 - $38 Hourly The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
