The Sr. Training Manager, AMI Educational Engagement will report to the Director of AMI Educational Engagement. Responsibilities: Facilitation at our AMI Immersive customer training programs in Austin, TX On-going development and management of AMI Training Center programs to help meet the needs of our customers and the sales team Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies to include the end-to-end customer experience Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies to include content development Partner with AMI cross-functional teams, internal sales/brand stakeholders and agency partners to best support the development and execution of training
