Engage KOL to ensure strong brand endorsement from KOLs. Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities. Work closely with cross-functional team as well as Botox cosmetic to synergize marketing resource. Ensure the integrity of Botox therapeutic marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies Effectively development and manage promotional budget to deliver annual marketing plan Lead open, consistent and clear communication between sales and marketing Update sales force training material and implement the new employee orientation training. Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science 4+ years Pharmaceutical marketing experience (related consulting background is a plus) Experience in marketing consumer-oriented products (pharmaceutical or cross-industry) is a preferred qualification.
