Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Synthesis, purification, and characterization of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) on mg to gram scale under minimal supervision. Development, optimization, and validation of conjugation protocols specifically for antibody oligonucleotide conjugates. Optimization and validation of formulation buffers for bioconjugates. Lead application and refinement of automated techniques for ADC/AOC synthesis and purification. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance ADC/AOC discovery programs from conceptualization to early development. Qualifications: Qualifications B.S. degree with 7 years of experience or M.S. degree with 5 years' experience in Biochemistry, Organic, Bioorganic or Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in laboratory-scale protein purification using Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC), Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Ion-Exchange (IEX), mixed-mode chromatography, and/or affinity chromatography. Experience with GE AKTA FPLC and Unicorn software is preferred. Hands-on experience with relevant analytical techniques such as HIC-HPLC, SEC, IEX, RP-HPLC, LCMS and capillary electrophoresis techniques (e.g., CE-SDS, icIEF).
