Job Description: Provide leadership, oversight, training, and guidance to Operations Packaging technicians while performing set up activities and achieve vertical start-up. Focus on efficient quality driven Mechanical setups. Responsibilities Provide leadership, Training and guidance while performing set up activities Provide Intermediate frontline troubleshooting while coming out of setups and during schedule operations Intermediate level Antares and other vision systems Participates in major asset rebuilds with Maintenance and Vendors Independently perform low level Maintenance PM's Assist with Maintenance tasks including but not limited to; PM's, troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilds of tooling, Capper chucks, HAPA and other packaging equipment Participates during Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. Accurately documents all work hours and all Maintenance/Setup activities in CMMS.
