Job Description: The Manager in the Strategic Management Office is responsible for improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain processes across the organization. This role leads cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain workflows, reducing costs, and maximizing service levels. The position focuses on operational performance, continuous improvement, and implementing best practices throughout supply chain activities. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects & programs to enhance supply chain efficiency, including but not limited to, continuous improvement, global freight tenders and SAP logistics operating model optimization. Develop a suite of AbbVie generated performance metrics to be utilized by both internal teams and external partners, leveraging these to standardize MBR\QBR's. Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Oversee the adoption of technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and data analytics.
