Job Description: Purpose The Global Clinical Payments Business System Owner will be responsible for acting as the liaison between Global Clinical Payments & R&D Study Forecasting, BTS, R&D Procurement, Clinical Development Operations & Affiliates to oversee the design, deployment, training, communications, and management of Clin2Pay and other department applications. This position drives efficiency by identifying compliant system solutions and enhancements, streamlines key processes, and increases effectiveness of the system users. This person will work to ensure that all applicable systems/applications have strong data integrity ensuring accurate reporting, KPIs & Metrics. Responsibilities Provides strategic input and planning while coordinating with cross functional partners to ensure business requirements are well defined and approved, project plans are created, and deployment of systems/enhancements/data clean-up is coordinated with the appropriate stakeholders.
