Descrição da vaga: Missão do Cargo: Garantir o atingimento dos objetivos de vendas, participação de mercado e execução de estratégias comerciais em sua região de atuação, por meio da gestão direta de equipes de representantes ou executivos de contas, assegurando o alinhamento com as diretrizes da companhia e a excelência na execução em campo. Qualificações: Principais Responsabilidades: Gerir e desenvolver a equipe de representantes comerciais (consultores ou executivos de conta) para o Interior de São Paulo, Triangulo Mineiro e Região Centro Oeste, garantindo alto desempenho e aderência as estratégias das marcas. Implementar e acompanhar planos de ações distritais alinhados as metas regionais e nacionais. Monitorar indicadores de performance (Sell-in, Sell-out, cobertura do território, frequência e produtividade de visitas, mix de produtos, etc.). Realizar coaching e acompanhamento em campo para fortalecer competências técnicas e comportamentais da equipe.
