Job Description: Employee Relations Manager, UK The Employee Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting employees and managers in Employee Relations matters to create a positive and productive work environment. The role is central within the HR Team, and is responsible for maintaining high standards of employee relations, ensuring the company lives the AbbVie Way and remains an attractive employer for the future. Responsibilities Lead on all employee relations issues, e.g. investigations, grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinaries Work closely with the BHR Team to strategise and agree a strong approach to all employee relations matters Develop, implement, and improve Employee Relations strategies, policies, and procedures. Advise managers and employees on UK labour law, HR policies, workplace disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Compliance, IT, Data Privacy) and external consultants to resolve employee-related matters. Handle communications with external legal counsel where necessary, and support litigation. Lead investigations, document findings, and make recommendations for resolution; ensure all
