Job Description: The Director of Functional Capabilities Development is accountable for the strategy, direction, and execution of Functional Capabilities Development for Medical Affairs + Health Impact (MHI) contributing to building a world class organization. The role is responsible for aligning with the Director of the Leadership and Capability team on MHI prioritized capabilities' gaps and developing the corresponding learning/education plan required to drive proficiency across related capabilities/deliverables. The individual is responsible for assigned capabilities needs assessment, strategic prioritization, resource planning and overall execution of MHI functional capabilities development strategy for assigned areas of responsibility. This individual will also be responsible to design, govern and ensure maintenance of innovative learning approaches and tools which facilitate engagement across audiences. This role will create relevant KPIs and metrics to assess the development progress and adjust the plans accordingly.
