Job Description: The Innovation, Insights & Transformation (IIT) group partners closely with the AbbVie executive team to advance key strategic priorities across the organization. The Director of AI Transformation will lead critical change initiatives that enable AbbVie's long-term strategic and operational objectives. This role is responsible for shaping, leading, and sustaining comprehensive transformation programs in partnership with executive leaders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving significant improvements in business outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational agility.
