Job Description: The OEC Manager reports through the AbbVie Office of Ethics & Compliance Organization with the supervision of the Ethics and Compliance Director in Spain. He/she is responsible for providing support and direct oversight for AbbVie's compliance program in the country. Core Job Responsibilities Performs the following responsibilities with moderate supervision from Ethics and Compliance Director: Support in creating a best-in-class compliance program in partnership with the Affiliate Compliance Insight Forum (ACIF) to support AbbVie's therapeutic business in Spain. Prepare, attend, contribute and lead follow up activities in relation to Spanish Affiliate ACIF Meetings. Act as back up to the Spanish OEC Director. Provides guidance and support on national industry codes and regional/international industry codes (e.g. EFPIA and IFPMA), government regulations including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other initiatives sponsored by the Office of Ethics & Compliance.
