Job Description: The Commercial Director, Intercontinental - Hematology is a key member of the Intercontinental Commercial Area Team, reporting to the Intercontinental Commercial Lead. This role will be responsible for supporting Hematology strategies across Intercontinental Markets including, Regions Latin America and Middle East, Africa and Russia (MEAR) as well as Large Business Units: Canada, Brazil and Puerto Rico, through partnering with commercial directors assigned to those markets. The role has the responsibility of being a subject matter expert of Hematology within the Intercontinental Area and will be assigned key responsibilities based on the area priorities to represent the therapeutic area within global teams or broader Area forums and projects. Key Responsibilities: Build a comprehensive understanding of assigned LBUs market dynamics, trends, and insights.
