You will be responsible for: Lead the Oncology Business Unit with full accountability for strategy and execution, ensuring strong delivery of both short-term business results and long-term portfolio growth. Own the end-to-end P&L and financial management, including all planning cycles (Plan, Update, LRP, S&OP), ensuring disciplined investment decisions and sustainable profitability. Drive excellence in Brand Team leadership, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance of the main indication, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
