Job Description: Mid-Stream Operations Lead is responsible for operationalizing and expanding mid-stream procurement strategies to align with business goals. This role's objectives include optimizing middle office operations, spearheading low-touch category management, and supervising execution of operational sourcing and contract management processes. The lead will also be responsible for cultivating team's functional knowledge and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes Major Responsibilities: Develop and oversee execution of sourcing strategies, ensuring successful delivery and management of cross-divisional sourcing projects that align with organization's strategic goals Define strategic value drivers and comprehensive annual plans for low-touch categories, incorporating category strategies that align with Category Team initiatives and priorities Supervise operational sourcing and contract management processes such as development and negotiation of confidential agreements, ensuring adherence to agreed category strategies and polices Spearhead low-touch category management from initiation to completion , providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and objectives Cultivate team's understanding of approved buying channels
