Job Description: The primary goal of this position is to lead the digital transformation effort for PDS&T Biologics. The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive data and digital strategy. This role involves establishing and leading a Center of Excellence (COE) for digital transformation and ML/AI capabilities within PDS&T biologics. The COE, which includes representatives from each functional group, will cater to the needs of scientists and work to develop a data systems architecture foundational for knowledge management, advanced data analytics, and predictive modeling. This leader will shape the vision for AI and digital strategy, influencing and driving end-to-end digital integration within Biologics CMC. This leader will collaborate closely with IT partners to evaluate and optimize data systems that enable seamless capture and connectivity of biologics process and analytical data, and establish business and data governance in partnership with other divisions within PDS&T, Dev Sci, Manufacturing, and the Quality organizations.
